ZHONGHE Case | Lime: Jiangxi HC New Material Project

Project Background:

Jiangxi HC New Material Company has two 4.5×64m diameter kilns with a design capacity of 800t/d for lime production, using coal powder as fuel.

Kiln 1 uses a neutralizer electric combustion system, and the product quality and production are stable.

Kiln 2 uses combustion systems from another manufacturer, and there have been incidents of burning bricks, and the temperature of the cylinder is high.

Usage Effect:

After the kiln 2 was equipped with our combustion system, the overall temperature in the high-temperature zone of the cylinder decreased, from 370℃ to 340℃.

The production has exceeded the target, and the quality has also been stable and met the standards. After a period of stable operation, all indicators are normal, and the customer is satisfied.
