ZHONGHE Case | Lime: a lime calcium project in Inner Mongolia

A lime calcium company in Inner Mongolia has two 600t/d light-fired active lime production lines, 4×60 meters rotary kiln, and the fuel is bituminous coal.
Both lines use neutralized electromechanical burners, which were successfully ignited and put into operation in August and October 2024, and the production quality of the two lines is stable at present.

During the commissioning phase of the burners for this project, Zhonghe Electrical after-sales engineers quickly and accurately adjusted the burners according to the actual fuel characteristics and kiln conditions, aiming to achieve the best combustion efficiency.
Specific adjustment measures are as follows:
1. Optimize the wind speed in the kiln: Through fine adjustment, ensure the rationality of the wind speed in the kiln, which not only maintains the normal shape of the flame, but also promotes the uniform distribution of the temperature in the kiln, laying the foundation for efficient combustion.
2. Flame shape adjustment: for specific working conditions, and engineers carefully adjust the flame to a slender shape, and slightly downward and inclined to the direction of the material, such adjustment helps the flame more effectively contact with the material, improve combustion efficiency.
3. Kiln speed to match the characteristics of the material: in view of the average particle size of the material is less than 10mm, Zhonghe engineers adjust the kiln speed to a faster level to achieve fast and full combustion of the material, that is, the "thin material fast burning" strategy, which further improves the overall production efficiency and product quality.
