1. Flame shape optimization: After the technical modification, the flame generated by the burner is slender and regular in shape, and the flame length is extended by 2-3m compared with the original. This is not only conducive to more uniform heat transfer, but also makes the temperature field distribution in the kiln more balanced, avoiding the appearance of local high temperature peaks, and providing a strong guarantee for the stability of product quality.
2. Significant emission reduction of NOx: The most critical thing is that NOx emissions have been successfully reduced from about 220mg/m³ before technical transformation to an average of 170mg/m³, a reduction of up to 20%.
