Cement: Vietnam LX Project

The calcination workshop of Vietnam LX Cement Company has a 3.5×52m diameter clinker rotary kiln production line with a daily output of 1,500 tons, which uses high-sulfur inferior bituminous coal as fuel.

The burners equipped on this production line have many problems, such as insufficient thrust, low flame temperature and unsatisfactory combustion atmosphere. These factors directly make it difficult for the kiln output to meet the standards and greatly reduce the economic benefits.

The technicians of Zhonghe M&E delved deeply into the production process, comprehensively understood the characteristics of raw and fuel materials, had thorough exchanges with the technical team of LX Company, and precisely collected a series of key data in combination with the usage requirements proposed by the other party. Based on this, technicians carefully carried out an upgrade and optimization design, and tailor-made a suitable multi-channel burner for this production line.

In March 2025, Vietnam's LX Cement Company officially replaced its SR4-7W /F four-channel pulverized coal burner with our company's.

After being put into production operation, under the same working conditions, this burner demonstrated outstanding performance:

Firstly, not only did the output meet the production standards, but it also achieved an outstanding daily output of 1,800 tons. At the same time, the appearance and quality of the clinker were significantly improved.

Secondly, the flame presents a regular shape and is lively and powerful, providing a more stable and efficient combustion environment for the entire production process. The increase in output and improvement in quality directly translate into growth in economic benefits.
