ZHONGHE Case | steel: Inner Mongolia particle steel project

A certain industrial and trade company in Inner Mongolia operates a particle steel rotary kiln with a production capacity of 1,100 tons per day. The kiln type specification is 3.2×55m, and natural gas is used as fuel.

While maintaining the daily operation of rotary kiln, but natural gas usage in 850-900 m after/h, enterprise expectations by changing the burner to reduce cost, reduce cost, increase enterprise benefit.

The technical team of ZHONGHE M&E conducted in-depth research on the process characteristics, fuel properties of the rotary kiln and the operational status of the existing combustion system. Based on over two decades of professional experience in the field of industrial kiln combustion systems, a dedicated SR7-MQ/T rotary kiln multi-channel coal and gas burner was customized for it.

Usage effect

1. The flame shape: burner flames elongated and well-shaped, flame length compared to the original extended length by 3 to 4 m. This not only helps to transfer heat more evenly, but also makes the temperature field distribution inside the kiln more balanced, avoiding the occurrence of local high-temperature peaks, providing a strong guarantee for the stability of product quality.

2. The fuel consumption: pulverized coal burner to replace after usage 0.9 t/h, usage of natural gas from 850-900 - m after dropping from 130 m after/h/h, saves the cost of production.
